Plot[]

The plot is loosely based on the original game, Lucky, on a quest to help Lyra and his fellow Guardians, to protect the Book of Ages. With additional backstory about Lucky's family, Jinx used to be one of the Guardians and close friends with Lucky's father, Liam, before betraying them after his homeworld, Meowtropolis, was vanished, which left Jinx and his children Kitty Litter leaving to survive on their own.

Lyra, along her brother and the Guardians with him, evading from the Kitty Litter for years until they've been cornered by them. The Book of Ages reacted violently to Jinx's magic, sucking in him, his children and Lucky. With the assistance of Greg and other NPCs along the way, Lucky collects the pages to reopen portals to other worlds and faces against the Kitty Litter.

When Lucky enters the castle in Hauntingham, he encounters Lyra, asking him to retrieve the book, but it was an illusion by Jinx to trick Lucky by handing over the book to him instead to rewrite history. After defeating Jinx, Lucky emerges victorious and goes through the trials in Foxington becoming a Guardian, earning a statue made in his honor following his formal induction into the order.

In a post-credit cutscene, Mittens was revealed that he escaped their jail cell, and jailbreaks the rest of the Kitty Litter with the help of Lucas.

Notes[]

  1. Uses Unity engine build: 2017.4.36f1
  2. Under the memory section, it was presumably a typo written on 8MB and 16MB respectively on the store page instead of 8GB and 16GB; system specs taken directly from the Steam store page.
