The Kitty Litter is the pack of dreaded, mischievous cats led by their leader and father Jinx and are the secondary antagonists introduced in Super Lucky's Tale and New Super Lucky's Tale. The pack consists of Master Mittens, Tess, General Buttons & Lt. Fluffinstuff, and Lady Meowmalade, the oldest in the group.

Master Mittens[]
Master Mittens is a purple-gray cat wearing a dark blue headband, blue gloves and shoes, and purple pants. Mittens firmly believe he is the hero of the story and that Lucky is the villain, seeing him as the rival who Mittens must overcome in a climactic finale.
Tess[]
Tess The Tinker, known simply as Tess is a yellow-gold cat. She carries a big, heavy, metallic red rusty backpack with her logo on the left, with wheels with a wrench behind her, has purple eyeglasses with left lens broken, and a pencil tucked in her left ear, a blue-violet jacket, and cyan rubber gloves, she holds a metallic remote control to manipulate most of her machinery. Despite being the tech-savvy of the group, she doesn't take the responsibility of her siblings.[note 1]
Tess is described as an "explosive" genius with an emphasis on explosive, speaks in technical jargon, even in personal matters. She is considered crazy by the heroes, while her father insisters she is simply hard to understand. Tess is quite reckless with her inventions, to the bad luck of those who would nominal benefit from them.
General Buttons & Lt. Fluffinstuff[]
General Buttons usually acts superior to his henchmen, Lt. Fluffinstuff. Fluffy doesn't directly speak any words and mostly just makes noises. He let Buttons do the talking.
According to Jinx, the greatest loyalty the twins feel is to each other and is something to be admired. Fluffy bounds around the stage while it seems that General Buttons fires cannons, then after Fluffy being attacked with a bomb, The General commands birds that toss bombs at Lucky. Buttons acts and talks like a war general.
Lady Meowmalade[]
Lady Meowmalade is the oldest member of the Kitty Litter. She wears various glamorous features around her. Lady M is a selfish, narcissistic diva, she acts like an entitled celebrity. She's quite dismissive of others and self-centered - showing no concern for those who are inconvenienced by her demands to be treated with class and status wherever she goes.
