The official Lucky's Tale Discord server is founded on February 17, 2018 (2018-02-17) at 5:02am by Joshthegaming.

It was originally a community-run Discord server dedicated to Lucky's Tale; the server ownership was transferred to David Calkins, one of the managers at Playful on February 12, 2021, which is now the current owner of the server and maintained by mods and admins and has been declared as the official Lucky's Tale Discord server on March 26, 2021. The server got it's verified status badge on June 11, 2021.

The first member to boost the server before getting its official status was a former member Zontopho on October 31, 2020; and the first member to boost the server since its official status is Kuroji Fusky on April 1, 2021.

The server's verification level is set to high, new Discord accounts must have a verified account and have to wait for 10 minutes until they have access to text channels; giving you enough time to read the #rules. Once you obliged the rules of the server, react the message below to gain access to the server. By being in the server for a while, you'll automatically get the Citizens of Foxington role; which gives you access to voice channels and additional text channels.

Server Rules

These rules are taken verbatim from the server.

1. Be respectful to each other. No bullying, threats of any kind, stirring up drama, or any other behavior that may constitute harassment. Remember the human on the other side of the wire.
2. No spamming. This includes multiple image posts that disrupt conversation, potentially offensive/upsetting content, unsolicited external links.
3. No advertising. Verified streamers wishing to set up automated stream alerts can ask in chat.
4. This is an English-only server.
5. Keep things PG. Do not use profane or offensive language. NSFW content is not allowed in this server.
6. Use each channel for their intended purpose. Do not abuse bots in the middle of conversation. You can play with bots in #robot-lab.
7. Credit the creator when you post any content. Do not claim others' content as your own or steal content posted in the server.
8. Ask for permission before DM-ing individual members in the server. Do not DM mods or Playful staff without checking with them first on the server.
9. No sharing of personal information, regardless if it's real or fake. It is for your safety after all!

  - Citizens have been active in the server for a little while, and enjoy a little more freedom in the server, including the ability to join VC channels, send images, attachments, discord invites, and slightly more relaxed moderation rules. To become a Citizen, all you have to do is be active in the server for a short period of time.

  - for members who are verified streamer/content creator and gets notifications from #stream-notifications.

  - exclusively for N/SLT speedrunners.
